Precient employs the metabolism of naturally occurring microorganisms to remove and capture metals from industrial process water. Using the membrane biofilm reactor, or MBfR, Precient is capable of removing toxic materials and recovering valuable metals including gold, platinum group metals (PGM), Rare Earth Elements (REE), selenium, and uranium while simultaneously treating nitrogen and other co-contaminants.
